The starter programme will introduce you as a new client to the idea that fitness as a celebration of life. This training programme includes a healthy eating plan and lifestyle ideology where food is tasty, enjoyable and nutritious. 


The healthy eating and lifestyle plan conditions new clients to recognise foods that are healing for the body, but also as treatment for the mind and spirit, facilitating longevity and good health throughout the ageing process. 


The life coaching plan may include letting go of unhelpful habits and embracing life-enhancing habits. This may include visualization and affirmation exercises. 


Our fitness community participates in fun, adventurous and joyful events, experiencing diverse cultures. Everything is written in our social calendar, which includes Christmas events, spa treatments and fitness weekenders and trips around the world. 


The fitness journey is regularly reviewed and refined according to your needs and progress. This first programme consists of: 

  • Consultation at the beginning and end of the programme with goal-based measures
  • Face to face or online private session
  • Four sessions a month
  • Life coaching programme (focuses on achieving fitness goals by seeking to help individuals break negative cycles of behaviour, become more decisive and ultimately having a knock-on effect in life more generally)
  • Access to group training bootcamp session (free trial)
  • Healthy eating lifestyle programme and food diary
  • Access to SimSema's Fitness Whatsapp (recipes, discounts for fitness items etc)
  • Access to SimSema's Social Calendar (fitness weekenders, spa and fitness holidays in Spain Portugal, Ghana, Thailand, Japan etc) 
  • Massage every 6 weeks 


This programme continues your fitness journey. The training programme and healthy eating plan become bespoke as the body becomes more responsive and attuned to our unique fitness approach. 


This includes having access to SimSema Fitness WhatsApp for recipes, detoxing plans, massaging tools, discounts on fitness items, etc. SimSema uses the life coaching programme to further progress goal-based outcomes in fitness, which are transferrable to achieving goals in life, relationships and career. 


The social calendar enables you to socialise with friends and family members and introduce them to the fitness community while experiencing diverse cultures.


This programme consists of: 

  • Consultation with a focus on specific goals
  • Face to face or online 1-2-1 session
  • Eight sessions a month
  • Life coaching programme (challenge limiting beliefs. Let go of the beliefs that are holding you back)
  • Access to group HIIT training (free trial and £5 off second class). An intensive strength training hour of pulling, pushing, dragging, crawling, core, crunching exercises designed to take your physical and mental fitness to another level.
  • Access to 3 hours of SimSema Fitness Bootcamp Events which consists of a warm up, cardio, circuit stations, cool down all to pulsating music in a community environment.
  • Healthy eating life style programme (bespoke eating plan/ macrobiotic diet)
  • Access to SimSema's Fitness WhatsApp (recipes, discounts for fitness items etc.)
  • Access to SimSema's social calendar (fitness weekenders, spa and fitness, holidays in Spain, Portugal, Ghana, Thailand, Japan etc.) 
  • Massage every 5 weeks as part of fitness programme


This programme, alongside further developing and refining your fitness journey, sets fitness challenges designed to enhance your mental fitness and strength. Training programme is significantly advanced and healthy eating plan is tailored to meet the high demands of your training. 


The life coaching programme facilitates your ability to integrate fitness with other life aspirations. SimSema Fitness WhatsApp has access to recipes detoxing plans, massaging tools, discounts on fitness items etc. The social calendar enables you to socialise with friends and family members and introduce them to the fitness community while having fun, adventure and experiencing diverse cultures.


This programme consists of: 

  • Interactive consultation discussion about what has worked well, habits, life style etc.
  • Face to face or online 1-2-1 session
  • Twelve sessions a month (3 sessions a week)
  • Life coaching programme (learn to take on anything life throws at you with unshakable confidence.)
  • Access to group training bootcamp session (free trial and £7 off 2nd class)
  • Healthy eating life style programme, refined to accommodate specific goals
  • Access to SimSema's Fitness WhatsApp (recipes, discounts for fitness items etc)
  • Access to SimSema's social calendar (Fitness Weekenders, Spa and Fitness Holidays in Spain Portugal, Ghana, Thailand, Japan etc) 
  • Massage every month as part of fitness programme
